By accessing or using the BeetleSystem website, services, or bespoke systems built by us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.
BeetleSystem provides high-performance custom web applications, database architectures, and IT infrastructure consultation. All project deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones will be outlined separately in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement signed by both parties:
We provide a standard 30-day post-launch support phase to fix bugs or errors arising directly from the launched code. Subsequent maintenance, hosting management, or support pipelines require a separate active retainer contract.
In no event shall BeetleSystem, its directors, employees, or developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from server downtimes, database failures, or third-party API breakages.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising out of the website or system usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
